At Aydee's Ice Cream, our mission is to provide delicious vegan, gluten-free, and free-from ice cream that rivals traditional dairy options in taste and quality. We are dedicated to offering unique flavours that showcase the diversity and creativity of vegan cuisine. By challenging the negative stigma surrounding vegan food, we aim to make plant-based eating more accessible and enjoyable for all, one scoop at a time.

Aydee's Ice Cream was founded in 2020 during lockdown by Ariellah, who aimed to create delicious vegan ice cream flavors. Growing up in a Caribbean vegan household, Ariellah had a passion for food and wanted to show that vegan options can be just as good or better than non-vegan options. Furloughed during the pandemic, she saw an opportunity to change the perception of vegan products. After noticing a lack of variety in the vegan ice cream market, Ariellah developed allergen-free recipes to cater to those with multiple allergies and anyone seeking dairy-free options. Aydee's offers a range of vegan and gluten-free flavors, with the vast majority of flavours being allergen free.
