Aydee’s Ice Cream was founded in 2020 during lockdown by Ariellah, who was inspired by a lifelong love of food and flavour. Growing up in a Caribbean vegan household, she learned early on that vegan food could be bold, comforting, and full of character. When furloughed during the pandemic, Ariellah saw an opportunity to challenge the lack of variety in the vegan ice cream market. She began developing recipes that were not only indulgent, but also suitable for people with multiple allergies. Today, Aydee’s Ice Cream offers a carefully crafted range of vegan and gluten-free flavours, with the majority being allergen-free, made for anyone seeking high-quality, dairy-free ice cream without compromise.
